The duties and responsibilities will include:
• Manage and maintain all telecommunications and IT infrastructure including servers, firewall, telephony & Wi-Fi
• Maintain a strict inventory of all IT equipment
• Manage and maintain interpretation equipment and all other audio-visual equipment
• Provide critical IT support for virtual events • Provide IT assistance and help desk support services to staff and events
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the information technology sector or performing IT support role.
• Hold a University Degree in Information Technology or Similar
• Have a Technical Certificate in Information Technology as CCNA or Microsoft Server Administration
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft server administration • Conversant with IP Telephony
• Acquainted with Unifi Wireless Technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

• Must be willing to work late and on weekends when required

• Must be willing and able to work well with all levels of management, staff, clients and service providers
