Actress Kangana Ranaut, who is quite active on social media, recently shared a word of advice to everyone who is dealing with post-Covid-19 problems. The actress had earlier tested positive for the deadly virus and she was in home quarantine for 14 days.
On Saturday morning, she took to her Instagram story and penned a long note for her fans. Kangana, in her note, asked everyone to take care of their body after recovering from Covid.
Her post read, “All those who have had covid or the vaccine please check your vitamin d3 and b12 levels, start these supplements regardless, also work on strengthening your body and organs….through yoga, daily walks or any other form of exercise that you do, add meditation or pranayam to it… you may not know what your body is struggling with unless it’s tested by work, circumstances or situations.. take care of yourself.” Have a look:
Meanwhile, Kangana recently visited her ‘Tiku Weds Sheru’ actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s new house in Mumbai. Nawazuddin has designed his new bungalow himself. The ‘Queen’ actress was all praise and she also congratulated him for the new house.
